Athens Panorama Project Celebrates First Year of Operation

The Athens Panorama Project, a new type of accommodation and experience known as serviced apartment hotel, is celebrating its first successful year of operation.

The Athens Panorama opened its key property in June 2020, opposite to the Evelpidon Court complex near the center of the Greek capital. It combines prime accommodation with 24-hour reception and panoramic views of the Lycabettus hill and the Acropolis.

The Athens Panorama Project consists of 54 fully equipped suites and maisonettes, ranging from 32 -80sq.m., and an outdoor pool on the seventh floor.

“Comfort and functionalism along with the sober and contemporary architecture of the building offer everything a guest may ask during a stay,” an announcement said.

All suites and maisonettes have a balcony / veranda with plenty of natural light.

Rooms on the front side of the building offer a view to the park of Evelpidon courts from the first and second floor, and panoramic views of Athens and the Saronic golf from the third and upper floors.

Other rooms on the back side of the building face the patio and the city.

Rooms suitable for guests with disabilities are also available.

For the convenience of all travelers, there is an in-house multi-market with a variety of homemade cooked food, coffee, sandwiches, and all kinds of groceries, operating on the building’s ground floor. Guests can either order by phone and have the items delivered with the room service or enjoy their meal in a specially designed sitting area.

The store is open 7 days a week, from 7am till 12pm.

“During this first year of operation, our guests and staff have faced great challenges. Although our opening was in the beginning of the covid era, we trusted our vision with any cost, and we never thought of not staying open 365 days. Fortunately, the Project received great interest from both Greek and international travelers who supported its opening and operation despite the difficulties that the hygiene situation has caused to all hospitality companies,”
the Athens Panorama Project Manager Dimitrios Ioannou Dimas said.

“Today, our intention is to continue investing in prime experiences and top-level personalized services for all the travelers and professionals that support the Athens Panorama Project,” he added.
