Condor will continue to offer its guests the option of rebooking free of charge for new bookings in February and March 2021. The rebooking fee will be waived for new flight bookings from now until and including March 31, to all destinations in the route network, regardless of the booking class.
Mandatory use of masks on board
Condor, as of February, has adapted to the rules on mandatory masks. On board all Condor flights, the wearing of a medical mask such as surgical mask or also masks of the standards FFP2 or KN95/N95 without exhalation valve is now mandatory.
Passengers are no longer allowed to use so-called community masks made of fabric during the flight. They are requested to carry sufficient medical masks for their flight.
