Thessaloniki’s Grand Hotel Palace Offers Safe Hospitality Experiences to Guests
The Grand Hotel Palace is open and offering safe hospitality services to guests in the northern Greek city of Thessaloniki.
“Grand Hotel Palace is looking forward to welcoming its visitors in a renewed, elegant and hospitable environment,” the hotel’s management said in an announcement.
A member of The Luxury Hotels group, the five-star hotel reopened its doors in mid-May. Together with its sister property, the Mediterranean Palace hotel, it offers a total of 384 rooms, 20 conference rooms, two underground and two outdoor parking areas.
Five pillars of trust
The hotel has invested in five Pillars of Trust – size, technology, safety, training and flexibility – with the aim to ensure a comfortable safe and modern environment for its guests.
“Meticulous safety procedures are in place to ensure that our visitors will experience the highest level of protection [against Covid-19] and feel completely relaxed,” management said.
After the renovation of its rooms, the Grand Hotel Palace has also proceeded with the revamp of its conference halls and the upgrade of its technology equipment in efforts to offer a luxury business and leisure experience to its visitors.
Meanwhile, the hotel’s flexible cancellation policy provides its customers with confidence and peace of mind.
“The Grand Hotel Palace is looking forward to offer memorable hospitality experiences,” the announcement said.
